Mill Creek, Toledo

In 2012 we partnered with the City of Toledo in an advisory capacity to support a forestry plan that protects the city’s 480 acre watershed for their water supply while still planning for beneficial timber harvest.  Ultimately Trout Mountain won the bid to create a Forest Management Plan which was good enough to qualify for certification by the Forest Stewardship Council - the nation’s leading independent forest certification organization.
